Shipping policy

The shipping time for our ordered products is 2 working days from the receipt of the order. If the item is immediately available, it will be shipped the same day or the next working day following the order, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and the payment of the chosen item. GB DESIGN SRL will deliver the selected and ordered goods using DHL. All items we ship are carefully packed and protected to avoid any damage during transit. For orders within Italy, GB DESIGN SRL offers free standard shipping for orders over 150 euros. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be 10 euros. For destinations within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over 300 euros; otherwise, the cost is 30 euros. For non-EU countries, shipping costs 40 euros plus any applicable customs duties or other export charges. The shipping cost is charged at the time of payment as part of the total order amount. Deliveries within Italy occur 1-2 working days from the carrier's pickup. Deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, and the islands may require an additional 1 or 2 days. GB DESIGN SRL is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. GB DESIGN SRL is exempt from delays due to force majeure, strikes, or natural disasters. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer must check:
that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the email containing the order number sent by support@giuliabarela.com
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (e.g., adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately contested by writing “accepted with reservation” and specifying the reason (e.g., crushed packaging) on the courier's delivery note. After signing the courier's document, the buyer cannot contest the external condition of the delivered items. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to support@giuliabarela.com

IN-STORE PICKUP AT GIULIA BARELA - ROME
Pickup can also be done at one of our monobrand stores. During the purchase process, select: Pickup in Boutique - Via Giuseppe Gioachino Belli 108, Rome. An email will be sent as soon as the order is ready for pickup at the store. In-store pickup is free of charge. You will need to present the confirmation email, either printed or digital, and an identity document. If the person collecting the order is different from the one who made the purchase, they must present a written authorization and a photocopy of the ID of the person who made the purchase.

Each item is packaged in a cotton bag and a shopper.
