Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at: support@giuliabarela.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Following the withdrawal, you will be refunded all the payments you have made to us, including any delivery costs. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the goods at your own expense, or hand them over to us, promptly and no later than 7 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal, to the following address:

The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back in perfect condition. Any damage may result in a deduction from the refund.

GB DESIGN SRL protects its customers and allows returns for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns do not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods. All orders completed and received between December 1 and December 22 can be returned until January 15. For orders delivered after December 22, regular return times apply.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN: Send an email to support@giuliabarela.com with the return request including: • The first and last name of the purchaser • The order number. 
Ensure that the products are in the same condition as when received. The jewelry should not be worn but only tried on. A return form will be sent via email, which needs to be filled out and sent back to support@giuliabarela.com.

RETURN VIA COURIER: • Pack the goods, including a copy of the completed return form in the package. • Place the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e., in perfect condition, unused, complete with all their elements, and with any manuals, tags, and labels still attached to the product. Returned items will be inspected to ensure they have been returned intact. If the return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back, and the refund will not be issued. The return option is granted only once for each order, so ensure all items to be returned are included in the return package. • Ship the package to the following address: Giulia Barela – Via Giuseppe Gioachino Belli 108, 00193 Rome • Keep the shipment receipt.

IN-STORE RETURN: Items purchased on the giuliabarela.com website can also be returned to our flagship store within 14 days. • Place the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e., in perfect condition, unused, complete with all their elements, and with any manuals, tags, and labels still attached to the product. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: Returns are usually accepted within 3 working days from the delivery of the package to the store. During peak times, it may take up to 7 working days. Once accepted, we will immediately request the refund and send a confirmation email. The refund will be issued using the same method used for payment. The refund will be equal to the amount of the purchased item(s), excluding any shipping costs paid. The refund times depend solely on Paypal and/or the banking system.
